Discover the ‘job-to-invoice’ process by creating your first job, client and invoice (plus a look at one of the most useful reports in LSP.expert!)
In this video, you will learn how to:
- Create a job and add a client, a service and a unit ‘on the fly’. You will also see how to add data for a client and add a rate for a new service (and so updating the estimate of a job), and how to change the status of a job and indicate your progress in the job.
- Use the Monthly Sales report to see how much money you can expect to invoice at the end of the month.
- Invoice a job, add/edit data in an invoice, create a PDF file of the invoice and send it by email. You will also learn how to check the status of an email you send with LSP.expert and how to change the status of an invoice.
